Responsible to maintain Safety, Occupational health and working environment action plan (STMP) to cover planning, implementing, monitoring the operation main areas

- Setting Company's Safety master plan
- Manage to Preventive Injuried Accident
- Manage OHS & ergonomic non-issue
- Maintain Non-Safety Complinace, PPE
- Certified ISO45001 & surveillance audit
- Safety training (DOJO, Compliance)
- Manage Safety committee meeting & act
- Manage Special Safety assignment
- Support & cope Safety Leader activity
- Incident investigation, analysis & report
- Manage Cost and Budget
- Manage Training for internal & external
- Training expat and outsider foreigners
- Support HO area according STMP
- Innovation for employee Safety program

Job Specification

- 3-5 years up of working experience in Safety and Crisis Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Occupational health and Safety or related fields required
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
-Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
