Job Summary

Responsible to maintain Safety, Occupational health and working environment action plan (STMP) to cover planning, implementing, monitoring the operation main areas are FYI Center, Warehouse Rangsit, Education Academy and T-Park warehouse

Job Description

-Setting Company's Safety master plan
-Manage to Preventive Injuried Accident
-Manage OHS & ergonomic non-issue
-Maintain Non-Safety Complinace, PPE
-Certified ISO45001 & surveillance audit
-Safety training (DOJO, Compliance)
-Manage Safety committee meeting & act
-Manage Special Safety assignment
-Support & cope Safety Leader activity
-Incident investigation, analysis & report
-Manage Cost and Budget
-Manage Training for internal & external
-Training expat and outsider foreigners
-Support HO area according STMP
-Innovation for employee Safety program

Job Specification

- New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in Safety and Crisis Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Occupational health and Safety or related fields required
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
