Responsible for control process receiving, storage and supply stamping part based on customer’s requirement with good quality

- Operation Control
- Goods Receive & Goods Issue Process Control
- Part Supply Control ( Part Lot (QX, SU) , Spare Part )
- Stamping B / C Line Process Control
- Part shortage and downtime control and Analysis Process Problem and countermeasure
- Budgeting Control (Investment and Expense)
- New Model , 4M Preparation and Manpower Management
- To follow part from supplier and cooperation with customer
- To follow EOChange , KPI , SOP , MMTh Rule & Safety Rule
- To Follow the ISO9001, ISO14001, Energy management system ISO26262 and ISO45001 requirement
- Inventory Control (RM / WIP / FG)
- Damage & Obsolete Part Control
- Balance Stock & FIFO control
- Cycle Count , Yearly Physical Count and Analysis Inventory Variance
- Improving Inventory Accuracy
- Idea generate and cost reduction control
- Damage & Obsolete Part improvement
- Supplier Improvement
- Risk Assessment & Safety Improvement
- Improve warehouse, shop floor operations, working area based on KAIZEN, APW 5S, QCC, KARAKURI KAIZEN

Job Specification

- 3-5 years of working experience
- Industrial Engineering, Logistic Engineering or any related fields
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
