Job Description
- Aware and understands the strategic direction set by management and aligns behavior and activities accordingly through team management
- Breakdown business strategy and business plan in big picture to identify actionable operational plan for responsible team to achieve performance target
- Adjust operational plan of responsible team by considering customers, market dynamics, trends and opportunities/risks
Job Specification
- 15 years of working experience in Research and Development Engineering or Project Engineering in car maufacturing company
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with general knowledge In auto manufacturing, auto parts
- Experience in management level more than 7 years
