To take the jobs by upper position and take responsibility in all technical and designing matters of each incharge parts
Job Description
- Create a business plan for team, implement and monitor key milestones to reach defined strategic outcomes
- Understand all organizational consequences of implementing strategy and align plan, structure, process, system and talents, based on a thorough analysis of future opportunities, risks, requirements and short-term trade offs
- Propose adjustments to plan, structure, process, system that enhance alignment to support business direction
- Set specific challenging but realistic goals to be reached and develops criteria for measurement
- Show a strong interest in improving performance and capabilities and compares it with external competitors to identify gaps and create stretch goals
Job Specification
- New graduate or 1-2 years in Research and Development in car maufacturing company
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
