Job Summary

Responsible to make and update document , production data ,to follow production standards and EO And also to provide tools and equipments for support input and output production data for production line And do a improvements about production ability, follow the results as well

Job Description

- To control material planning operation
- Annual budget preparation and controlling
- Control all subordinates strictly under the company policy
- To control subordinates to work in the safety way
- Problem acknowledgment and solve the problem for all subordinates
- Leader for all activities in the Department
- Coordinate with other division
- Evaluate working performance of all subordinates
- Follows the regulation of MMTh and safety regulation
- Follows the instruction of upper level
- Follows the instruction of company environment regulations (ISO14001, ISO9001)

Job Specification

- New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in production process
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
