Job Summary

As a People & Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the human resources strategies and performance initiatives of the organization. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development.

Job Description

    HR Strategy Development:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR consulting firms to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Work closely with senior management to gain insights and direction for the continuous improvement of HR strategies.

    Performance Management:

  • Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data and propose actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of performance management practices with organizational objectives.

    Policy and Procedure Management:

  • Review, update, and develop HR rules & regulations, announcements, and manuals in alignment with HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

    Meeting Coordination and Documentation:

  • Arrange and manage PSEC (People Strategy Executive Committee) meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of minutes and historical records.

    Ad Hoc Assignments:

  • Undertake any additional assignments as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy development, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus.
