Job Summary

Responsible to planning, conducting, evaluating and reporting ER activities, including internal and external communication with the objective of increase efficiency of ER operation, managing employees and good partner of HR managementin serving the existing and future need of the entire organization

Job Description

- To review and revise process of investigation and consideration
- To update work’s rule and announcement including revision or new law
- To conduct investigation as required
- To report investigation result and proposal for consideration to GM HR and follow up the decision
- Issue punishment; warning letter, suspense from work, dismissal
- To conduct PIP (Performance Improvement Program) as required and proceed its process
- To prepare relative document for the case of complaint of labor protection office or lawsuit of labor court including proceed its process
- To support ER meeting with union or with the government
- To follow up order as required of GM/CGM ER

Job Specification

- 7 years up of working experience in employee relation management
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, General Management or other related fields
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
