- Response to control subordinate in order to achieve department KPI
- Arrange day by day production plan
- Control production progress all plants
- Cooperate with production team in order to manage production constraint
- Summary monthly problem
- Initiate job improvement idea
- Control department budget
- Monthly report to manager
- To follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and company policy

Job Specification

- 3-5 years of working experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic Management or any field which familiar with mathematic (Business Administration, Statistic, Science)
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
