MATERIAL HANDLING PRESS - CHIEF STAFF

Job Summary

This position is responsible for control overall operation process of Press & Plastic shop.

Job Description

- Coordinate, follow with concerned department and participate trial when new project occurred.
- Plan, manage and control budget to follow as prospect and make cost reduction based on factory target.
- Identify and analyze root cause of part shortage, downtime, wrong part supply, other problem concerned with quality, packaging, accident and make decision to achieve the desired outcome.
- Manage and control EO (Engineering Order) change, Obsolete, non-movement both raw material and FG part.
- Update and maintain ISO document system.
- Control, manage, maintain equipment and asset.
- Advise, coach, and develop team member to achieve division target within and across team.
- Improve outsource to follow as ISO requirement and keep quality concept.
- Improve warehouse, shop floor operations, working area based on KAIZEN, APW 5S, QCC, KARAKURI KAIZEN.
- Participate, cooperate and follow the ISO9001, ISO14001, Energy management system and 45001 requirement.

Job Specification

- At least 5 years of working experience in material handling, warehouse operation or part supply control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Management or any field which familiar with mathematic. (Business Admin, Statistic, Science)
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
