IN PLANT & INBOUND LOGISTICS - SENIOR ENGINEER

Job Summary

This position is responsibility for control safety and quality strategy, monitor trailer loading operation, quality of outsource, and prepare new activity for new model and doing outsource evaluation and audit.

Job Description

- Proceed by follow the policy and regulation in environment term, including the standard regulation of environment management.
- Proceed by follow the policy and regulation in quality term, including the standard regulation of quality.
- Shop Floor improvement.
- New model activity strategy control.
- Safety and Quality strategy. 
- Operation standard creation and control.
- To control loading pattern of outsource operation.
- To control outsource audit and evaluation.
- To control and follow up investment budget.
- To control facility, equipment and asset.
- To control and implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
- To support safety activities, sanitation fields and report.
- To solve and prevent trouble things continuously.

Job Specification

- At least 3-5 years of of direct experience as a logistics engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Logistic Engineer or any related field.
- Experience in vehicle logistics will be an advantage
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
